The problem

A logistics company running deliveries, warehousing and workforce placement across several countries cannot run on spreadsheets and chat threads. RAJI needed one operating view of its work, with access controlled centrally.

What I built

An operations system designed and built from the ground up around how RAJI works.
Staff accounts created and managed by RAJI administrators, with setup links instead of self sign-up.
Public delivery tracking for RAJI’s customers.
Ongoing support: I run and maintain the system day to day as Senior Tech Support.

Outcome

In daily use by RAJI Global teams in Kenya and across Africa, with many users.
